Thursday, May 18th 6:00am – 8:00am and 4:00pm – 6:00pm
Friday, May 19th 6:00am – 10:00pm

* Your meeting may not conflict with show hours or events as indicated on the website.

To request meeting space, please visit the below link and fill the form out in its entirety. Please fill out one form for each requested event.


All ancillary meeting requests will be reviewed/approved by IOSC Show Management. Upon receipt, IOSC will forward the information to your selected venue and send you facility contact information so that you may work directly with a representative from that venue.

All costs (room rental, food & beverage, audio visual) vary depending on the venue, availability, and the meeting needs. Convention Center space is limited and available first come to first served.

IOSC reserves the right to review all meeting requests for the convention center and hotels participating during IOSC 2017. No product displays or demonstrations are permitted in meeting rooms. Activities that conflict with the nature of the IOSC show are not permitted.

IOSC will not publish information, nor help solicit participation on any ancillary meeting.

Important Note: IOSC Show Management is offering this service to assist in procuring off-hours meeting space for our participants, however, IOSC Show Management will not be held responsible for either the logistical or billing arrangements for non-IOSC hosted meetings. By submitting this form, you understand that you are responsible for supplying all needed information to the selected property, and all expenses incurred for your meeting, including but not limited to room rental fees, audiovisual expenses, and food and beverage expenses. Upon review and approval of your request, IOSC Show Management will send a confirmation email with your convention services contact.
